Reconnect the keyboard to the Tablet (Blue-tooth)

Step 1: Turn on the power toggle switch. The state indicator light will be on for 5
seconds, and then the light will go off.
Step 2: Press the “connect” button, the Bluetooth indicator light will be blinking, the
keyboard is now ready to be connect to tablet computer.
Step 3: On the tablet, select: Setting-Bluetooth-on. The tablet computer will
automatically search for a Bluetooth-available device. Wireless Keyboard
is found and click on the device to connect. (The keyboard name:
Bluetooth 3.0 keyboard)
Step 4: Use the key board to enter the password code as displayed on screen.
Step 5: Wireless Keyboard connected successfully. Bluetooth indicator light will go
Off.

NO DISPLY / NO PICTURE

WI/FI NOT CONNECTING / NOT WORKING

Confirm what kind of Network you are trying to connect Wi-Fi (Private or General)
Check for the signal strength (Should be within 50Ft from the router
Check for the password entered correctly – Open web browser and try to browse internet
Check for the exact error message (If problem with IP address , suggest the customer to contact the service provider)

Black vertical bands on side of TV

Please note that HDMI cable is needed for HD channels.
Please check to see if the channel you have selected is HD and/or if the channel provider is sending an HD signal.

Automatically Turning off

Check if you have a timer set on the TV or if you have an energy saving mode on (please refer to your manual as all models are different).

How to play the inbuilt DVD player

Press and select the correct source or the input button .

Installation Of Roku

Mount the Roku stick on to the MHL port (Not the USB port).
It is at the rear of the unit. – Select ‘ROKU’ as source/input and follow instructions on the screen.
Please check with the included instructions that are located and detailed for ROKU registration and operation.

Please check with different channels.

Check with menu options from your cable or satellite box
It would be suggested to contact your cable service satellite provider.

Remote Control Not working

Check power level of the batteries and replace with new batteries if needed.
Check with the polarities of the batteries .
Check with lens of the remote control ensure signal to TV is not blocked
If still the same inform to place an order for the Remote control ,

Please aim the remote into a smartphone or cellphone camera.

1. Pick a device to use: Digital Camera – or your Smart Phone and then turn the camera on.
2. Point the end of the remote control with the IR emitter at the camera or camcorder lens.
3. Look at the viewfinder or LCD screen.
4. Press and hold one of the buttons on the remote control.
See if you see a blinking light when you press a button on the remote from the front of the remote while looking at the screen on your phone.

Reset your TV – procedure

Press and hold the power button on the unit for about 10sec.
Unplug the power from the TV and plug back in after 1 minute

Snowy Picture

Check with different channels.
Check if all cables are connected securely.
Check with the menu options to see if you are on the correct source input

TV shows “No Signal” or No cable Signal or No Satellite Signal

Change the source to the respective connection.
If Tv is not showing picture or sound of show and only shows “no picture” TV appears to be fine. Please contact the cable or satellite service provider

No Disc

Check if symptom is with all discs or with particular disc.
*Check with different brand new disc

Child lock

On the unit Press and hold the child lock to activate and deactivate feature

No Power

Check if setting cooking time of just the timer in the unit
Check if the door is closed securely

RESET

1) press the start /stop button and hold it for 10 seconds and leave it idle for 30mins

Alarm clock – set the Snooze

Reset Procedure

leave the unit idle for 30 secs mean while unplug the cables connect to the DVD player and unplug from the wall outlet
After 30 seconds reconnect back the cable and reconnect back to the different wall outlet.

Set the Alarm

Press the Alarm Button , Use the VOL – / Vol + Key to adjust and press enter

HOW TO DOWNLOAD THE MUSIC FROM WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER:

1. Connect the mp3 player to the computer using USB Cable .
2 .Once the MP3 player is recognized in the computer.
3. Now open windows media player. you should see an option on the right hand side / top of the computer called as synchronization just click on sync.
4 Now drag the song from the song list to right hand side. of the computer and then click on start sync

HOW TO CHARGE THE MP3 PLAYER

THE CHARGER WHICH IS CONNECTED TO THE WALL OUTLET IS CALLED AC ADAPTOR.
THE CHARGER WHICH IS CONNECTED TO THE COMPUTER IS CALLED A USB CABLE.

– First connect the device to the computer
Can you please connect the Mp3 player to the computer using USB cable.
– Inform to charge In this case for the very first time you need to
connect the device to the computer and charge it for 8-9 hrs
– From the next time Now from the second time you need to charge the unit for 4-5hrs.

BUTTONS NOT WORKING-

Press and hold that button manually for 5 secs

Recharge the unit by connecting it to the computer using USB cable for 3-5hrs time then try to use the Unit.
-check if the Mp3 player is in Unlock mode
-press and hold the Play button for 5 secs

How to download Audio files (PC)

Connect the mp3 player to computer using the USB cable.
Please open my computer or the computer icon on your desktop.

Please give a double click on the option called as removable disk.
(which is recognised by the mp3 player)
Right click on the removable disk.
Select the option called format from the drop down box.
Now select FAT32 and click on start in order to format the player.
Once you format you can go back to downloading procedure.

NO SOUND-

Press and hold the play button on the unit manually for 5 secs
-check using a different set of head phones
-make sure that the mp3 player is in the Unlock mode
-increase the volume to the fullest By pressing the Vol + button Links
-press and hold the reset button on the unit for 5 secs You can locate the reset hole or button at the side panel Links

NOT RECOGNIZED

Connect the device to the computer
-connect the device to a different USB port on your computer
– restart your computer and then check

– Try using a different USB cable or connect to a different USB port on the Computer.

TOUCH SCREEN NOT WORKING-

Make sure you have charged the unit through the computer for 4-6 hrs
-Select the touch screen option Okay now press settings option on the main menu
-Press System option on the sub menu and choose “touch calibration”
– Now use the touch pen to proofread cross centre for 3 times
-press and hold the reset button on the unit for 5 secs You can locate the reset hole or button at the side panel

Cable Box or Satellite box usage —– (LEFT SIDE of unit) -> RF INPUT not used

Connect the SKCR2706BT-B via AV cables or HDMI (LEFT SIDE of unit) (AV cables use # 2, 3 and 4 inputs) + (HDMI #5 input).
Then select AV signal source by pressing the source key (key # 30) on the remote

>> Option 1 for connection -> LINE IN connect and use RCA AV cables (Yellow, Red and White)
>> Option 2 for connection -> HDMI PORT-> use HDMI CABLE (Cable Box or Satellite box needs to be set to 1080p output)

Digital Antenna usage REAR SIDE of unit -> RF INPUT

If you are using Digital antenna –

Please refer to page 5 of the manual to confirm connection to the RF IN input (# 8 input)
Please note to use the RF IN on the REAR SIDE of the unit. Then proceed to perform the channel scan.

Distorted Lines

If you are using an HDMI cable – then connect it via HDMI first and select HDMI source.
– If SKCR2706BT-B shows no signal, then connect the Cable Box or Satellite box to another TV 1st and to call cable/satellite company to setup the output to 1080p
– Once the Cable Box or Satellite box is set to output to 1080p – it can then be used with the SKCR2706BT-B via AV signal source.
>> Please check and confirm if the service provider box resolution settings are set to 720P

>> Please call your service provider if needed – for assistance in changing the settings on your cable/satellite box to 720P

No Signal

No, we require a proof of purchase to verify date of purchase and that the product was sold by a reputable dealer. If you purchased the product online you should be able to download a receipt through your account. If you purchased the item in the store many retail stores can reprint your receipt upon request.

I purchased my item six months ago but I just opened the box and discovered that the unit is not working, is it still covered under warranty?

The warranty period begins immediately after the date of purchase, check your manual, if your unit is covered for 1 year (365 days) then please contact support@curtiscs.com to begin the warranty process. If your unit is covered for 90 days, unfortunately the warranty period has expired. We strongly encourage everyone to test all units immediately when you bring them home to avoid disappointment.

I received my item as a gift, I don’t have the receipt and I don’t know when or where it was purchased.

A proof of purchase is required, please reach out to the gift giver they may have the receipt or have access to a copy.
