KEY BOARD NOT WORKING
Un-Plug and re plug back.
Please try to reset the tablet
Check and confirm if LED Light is glowing.
KEY BOARD NOT WORKING ( WIRLESS )
Reconnect the keyboard to the Tablet (Blue-tooth)
check if Blue-tooth enabled
Step 1: Turn on the power toggle switch. The state indicator light will be on for 5
seconds, and then the light will go off.
Step 2: Press the “connect” button, the Bluetooth indicator light will be blinking, the
keyboard is now ready to be connect to tablet computer.
Step 3: On the tablet, select: Setting-Bluetooth-on. The tablet computer will
automatically search for a Bluetooth-available device. Wireless Keyboard
is found and click on the device to connect. (The keyboard name:
Bluetooth 3.0 keyboard)
Step 4: Use the key board to enter the password code as displayed on screen.
Step 5: Wireless Keyboard connected successfully. Bluetooth indicator light will go
Off.
NO DISPLY / NO PICTURE
Do you have a LED light glowing on the unit.
Press the buttons on the unit to check if any buttons are functioning.
Please try to reset the tablet
NO POWER
Do you have a LED light glowing on the unit.
Check to see if the unit fully charged.
Provide the unit a full charge.
Check the USB cable and adapter.
NO SOUND
Check weather it Is on mute.
Try playing Music Player.
Check to ensure that you are using the correct bottom to increase volume
Please try to reset the tablet
