Check and confirm if the LED light glowing on the front bottom of the TV .
Please check with a different power source from a different wall outlet
Check if the previous picture mode has been changed
Once pressed the menu – look for menu Options on the screen
Check with different channels.
Please perform a hard reset on the TV. (refer to user manual)
