Check the eject / open and close button on the remote control
Check the eject / open and close button on the main unit
Please perform a hard reset on the DVD player (refer to user manual)
No Disc
Check if symptom is with all discs or with particular disc.
*Check with different brand new disc
Please try playing disc that was working on previous use
Please note and confirm that this unit is only compatible with Region 1 Disc (US).
Please note to attempt and use a DVD lens cleaner.
